A Final Tribute

The year of our anniversary is over. It has been
a bittersweet occasion.There were many good
times spent in celebration as well as much
energy,sweat, and tears spent in each
event preparation.

When deciding who gets the
thanks for all the time, planning,and
creativity needed to pull things together every
month, the answer was quite simple.To
begin to name names would surely
end in forgetting someone.

 ===

Suffice it to say that much credit goes to the
official Anniversary Committee.But it would be
more appropriate to thank each and every
member of St. Luke's...for their support,
their encouragement, their attendance,
their donations,and their willingness
to participate when called upon.

===

And all of us, corporately, need to bend
our knees and bow our heads in
thanksgiving to our Lord God for
his grace, his blessings, and the many
instances when only his healing powers
could bridge a division of opinion or weave
together the hearts and minds of each of us
so that  St. Luke's could thrive and
develop throughout these past 150 years.
